We send nurses, doctors, and physical therapists straight to your home. There are many
reasons why in-home healthcare is preferable, including the very important feature of limiting
exposure to germs. We take care of patients at every level of assistance and monitoring, so that
they can be independent as much as possible.

We understand that privacy and safety are top concerns for our patients, which is why we
always put our patients’ needs first.

Home Health Care Services are provided in the privacy and comfort of your home. Services are coordinated with your doctors. Skilled nurses are available 24 hours daily. .

Skilled Nursing

Registered nurses (RNs) and licensed vocational nurse (LVNs) work with your doctors to provide the ,highest quality care that is needed for patients recovering at their homes Their assignment is to establishment of nursing care plan with skilled treatment and support at the patient's home.

Certified Home Health Aides

Certified Home Health Aides are Certified Nursing Assistants who provide assistance with personal care like eating, bathing, personal hygiene, and ambulation.

Physical Therapy

Our physical therapy staff will come to your home to assess and treat functional impairments that result from injury, stroke, surgery, fractures, or other medical conditions.

Occupational Therapy

The occupation therapist is a qualified healthcare professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides, occupational therapy services to clients in their home

Professional Ancillary Services

By Referral Only -Laboratory Tests -Infusion Medications & Supplies -Inhalation Therapy & Supplies -Equipment & Supplies e.g. Wheelchairs, Canes, Walkers, Hospital Beds

Speech Therapy

Speech therapist helps patients to improve speech/communications. Also evaluates and treats swallowing disorders.

Medical Social Services

Our Medical Social Services staff help patients and fsmily members understand, cope, resolve problems caused by illness and injury.
